Easiest Medicinal Granola Ever!
Mix and stir into one bowl:
Use organic, if possible:
- 3 c rolled oats
- 1 c nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans…you name it)
- 1 c seeds (pumpkin, sunflower…)
- 1 c coconut flakes
- 1 T Mushroom Mama Immune Warrior Tea
- 1 t cinnamon
- ½ t sea salt
Measure into another bowl:
- ¼ c coconut oil
- ¼ c maple syrup
- ¼ c coconut sugar
Add liquid ingredients to dry bowl. Stir well
Spoon granola onto cookie sheet
Bake at 250 turning well, every 15 minutes
Let it cool, mix in some dried fruit and store in covered glass jar
Totally easy to make and muy delicioso!
