Golden Coconut Chicken Soup


Saute in 2 T coconut oil:

  • a diced onion
  • a few cloves, minced garlic
  • a diced red or yellow bell pepper
  • a handful of sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 kale leaves, chopped fine
  • 1 T. Mushroom Mama’s Shiitake powder
  • seasalt

Cook until soft, about 8-10 minutes, then add:

Simmer for 5 minutes

Garnish with sliced avocado or scallions
