I originally tried this tea because I was already taking many of its ingredients, but each of them separately, so this seemed like an efficient way to take them all at once. I was hesitant to try it because I really don’t much care for mushrooms, but I absolutely love this tea. It gives me a real lift, and it even works as an afternoon snack. The ingredients are high-quality and it’s very effective. I’ve tried all the other Mushroom Mama teas and the soup enhancer, and I love them all. But Supreme Balance is my favorite. I highly recommend these teas!

My family and I have been enjoying Harmony’s Mushroom Teas for many years now.
