This is the easiest-to-make-ever soup!  It was too sweet for my hubby but my friend Cynthia and I loved it…the next day I ate the leftover soup straight from the frig…it had the body and taste of a yummy healthy pudding!

If you like creamy soups, you owe it to yourself to try this!

  • 5 sweet potatoes
  • 2 white potatoes

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.  Saute them a few Ts of coconut oil

Sprinkle with seasalt while cooking

Cook 5-10 minutes, then add:

  • 2 cans of coconut milk
  • 2 T Mushroom Mama’sGolden Stamina Tea

Simmer til veggies are soft and blend.
Pour into bowls and garnish”
