Dulse is a sweet-tasting Atlantic Ocean seaweed that is easy to cook with and delicious!

Soak 1 cup dulse in 1 cup water for 10 minutes, drain water

In 1 T coconut oil sauté:

  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • a large minced onion
  • ½ head cauliflower

Sauté til soft, add:

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup drained dulse
  • 1 TMushroom Mama Power Soup

Cook til veggies are soft

Blend and garnish with chopped scallions.”
