Cauliflower Dulse Soup
Dulse is a sweet-tasting Atlantic Ocean seaweed that is easy to cook with and delicious!
Soak 1 cup dulse in 1 cup water for 10 minutes, drain water
In 1 T coconut oil sauté:
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- a large minced onion
- ½ head cauliflower
Sauté til soft, add:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup drained dulse
- 1 T Mushroom Mama Immune Warrior Tea
Cook til veggies are soft
Blend and garnish with chopped scallions.
